Elementary & Middle School Student Film Festival by NYC PSIS 187, in which students make 90 second films and share them on the big screen with the community at the United Palace. The audience votes on Best Picture. Tickets for sale online via the United Palace or at the door, $6. Bake sale, popcorn, and water sold inside. This event is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and City Council Members Mark Levine and Ydanis Rodriguez.
