During the government of President Salvador Jorge Blanco, new social movements emerged, They reaffirm their willingness to fight for democracy in a definitive way, using violent methods without having the main approach to democracy, at least in its conceptual framework. This documentary of political and social events explores the events that take place during his mandate and during three days, the group called "Poblada" creates a new and bloody social movement.

Durante el gobierno del Presidente Salvador Jorge Blanco surgen nuevos movimientos sociales, que reafirman su disposición para luchar por la democracia de forma definitiva, utilizan métodos violentos sin tener el planteamiento principal la democracia, al menos en su marco conceptual. Este documental de eventos políticos y sociales explora los eventos que transcurren durante su mandato y durante tres días, el grupo llamado “Poblada” crea un nuevo y sangriento movimiento social.
